subject: Great New Plug-in For Traffic And Backlinks [print this page]

I found a new tool that I am really excited about. It's called WPSyndicator and it's a new WordPress plug-in that is absolutely amazing. What it does is syndicate your posts to over a dozen hot Web 2.0 sites including LiveJournal, Tumblr and Multiply. And it does this with one click! It even tweets to my Twitterstream that I've just created a new blog post with a bit.ly link back to the post.

WPSyndicator posts a designated excerpt of your blog post or page on the Web 2.0 sites with a link back to read the rest of the post. You can set this excerpt to anything you wish but by default, it's set to 500 characters. That's the perfect length for me but you may want to set if for fewer characters if you usually do short posts. You can also specify the anchor text that brings the reader back to your blog which, as you know, is ideal for backlinks.

What does this mean to you? Well, the people who got in on the pre-launch for WPSyndicator all reported increases in traffic, some by large amounts of new visitors, as well as an increase in subscribers. Not only did they get more readers to sign up for their RSS feeds, but those with opt-in forms saw a very nice boost to their lists. Plus they get the benefit of all those backlinks.

Andy has a great reputation for supporting everything he creates and this plug-in is no different. In fact, he's already issued at least two updates that I know of and added new features that his customers were asking for. That shows you that he is a responsive creator who is sensitive to the needs of his customers, which goes a long way in my book. When you buy WPSyndicator, you get lifetime support and Andy's promise that if future WordPress updates change anything, he will update the plug-in to remain compatible.

Really, I just can't say enough good things about WPSyndicator. I would have been happy with any one of the benefits: more traffic, more backlinks or more subscribers. But to get a plug-in that brings me all of those benefits? It may be a clich but it really is a no brainer.
