All you have to exercise is using one arm only. Continue to move up and back down for 12-15 times.

Now take your right hand and put it beside your left hand and now pull your right hand back with the help of your left hand. You will notice that this is your back swing stretch. Hold this for to 8-10 seconds without getting out of it. Once you reach that 10th second, release that position and give that arm a shake.
