Anemia happens due to lack of blood in the body and due to improper life style. Anemia and hair loss can be treated by consuming dates, raisins and whole wheat cereals. These items help in boosting the blood level which in turn disallows hair fall. Inclusion of vitamin E and vitamin C content food items such as nuts, olive oil, fruits like oranges and vegetables if eaten on regular basis play a pivotal role in absorbing iron for strengthening and promoting hair growth respectively.
A regular intake of their rich food sources may not only reduce hair loss in men but also help in avoiding balding. So, men do not worry if you are balding.
