Hi, in this Self Awareness Mini Series, one of the first steps we need to understand is there are two basic principles that we're going to be working with. One is consciousness, and one is energy. You might think of it as Shiva and Shakti or latent potential, patent expression. There is some place somewhere, somehow something could arise and then it begins to, it seems to manifest. But whatever is manifesting, some expression of energy including mass, matter, atoms, are energy.
So everything that we experience is some form of energy, it's a modification of a previously existing state. It's in a constant state of change yet, it's being contained within, and held by, something that's invisible what we could emptiness. Like a dynamic stillness within you, your life is consciousness being expressed through your body and mind.
So I invite to look within yourself on what part of you is that latent potential. Let's be conscious of that which can reflect on whatever it is you might manifest, a thought, a word, an action, and then see that all of the expression, an experience of you life is something moving. It's an energy, a thought is an energy, sound is an energy, the movement of your body is an energy. Consciousness and energy, Shiva and Shakti, latent potential patent expression.
