subject: The Pros and Cons of RedGage [print this page]

RedGage is a great place online where you can generate traffic for your website as well as earn money from your writing, links and even pictures. It is a great place to be, where you can connect and interact with other users. However, as great as the site is, there are a few downfalls. Here are some of the pros and cons of using the site.

The Pros

There are quite a few things that I absolutely love about RedGage. They allow you to add links as well as articles, and inside these articles you can place your links, as well as affiliate links. Therefore the site is great if you want to make money online as they can help you to generate lots of free traffic.

RedGage also has daily contests which allow you to win $25 when you enter and win. To enter the contest, you simply submit one of your articles, refer someone, or mention the name of RedGage on another site. Of course you have to let them know if you mention their name in order for you to enter.

If you write high quality articles, RedGage will feature them on the front page, and as a result you will get more traffic, plus, you also get paid a few extra dollars for the feature. Therefore the more high quality articles that you write, the more chances you will have at being featured.

On top of being featured on front page, RedGage will also feature your content along side other content that is similar to yours. Thus they help you to get more exposure.

The Cons

One of the main issues that I face with RedGage is that the site is extremely slow. Usually uploading works great, but sometimes the site crashes and all of your work is lost, and thus you have to start all over. This can be very frustrating as time is precious.

In addition to the site being slow, I find that in order for my content to get viewed, I have to spend a lot of time reading and rating other people's work. Therefore on days when I don't have time to engage is social activity, I do not get that many views.

However, don't get me wrong about the site, as it is a great writing platform that can help you to generate free traffic and earn money at the same time.
