This also helps a great deal in enhancing your speed in Stealth mode. If you dont want to pick this talent in favor of either Dirty Tricks or Sleight of Hand, just think of one thing you're good as dead if your stealth isnt optimized.
The Elusiveness is the talent that makes most Rogue tricks even more fun to use. You see, Rogues depend on their tricks to win out PvP fights. Reduce your cooldowns by investing some of your talent points on Elusiveness. You can also pick up the Ghostly Strike. Stealth-wise, this offers nothing significant but it helps a great deal in improving your dodging capabilities. It also pairs up well with the talents in the lower tiers.

Initiative is also a good talent if you want good combo points, if you use it with Cheap Shot, that is. If you're wielding Cheap Shot, you should try to invest some on Dirty Deeds. Otherwise, you can roll the Preparation or Hemorrhage.
