Compromise, on the other hand, is something that is halfway between conflicting elements. For instance, a compromise between greed and caution.
When we limit ourselves only to what seems possible or reasonable, we make a compromise. And yes, compromise does shatter dreams. For eg.-you want to become a journalist but your parents want you to become an engineer. That's when, to honor your parents' desires, you do make a compromise.
But, we must always strive hard to translate our dreams into reality. Our dream should be our life's goal. All this takes is pure passion and nothing else. As Dr. APJ ABDUL KALAM had said great dreams of great dreamers are always transcended". So never compromise and always go for the best. if it is not the best then abandon it.
