The Algarve isn't solely about golfing excursions, people do make the make the journey for other reasons such as the vast culture and breathtaking scenery that is run of the mill to any destination in this region. The nature found in the area includes Monchique Mountain and the Ria Formosa lagoon. You can enjoy the sight of Monchique Mountain from a few of the golf courses while you play which adds to the unique experience of playing the sport in the Algarve.
