If you're looking for a sportier, family-friendly car, the 2010 Nissan Altima is a good choice. It's a midsize sedan or coupe with fun electronic features, high safety scores, and responsive steering. Our Washington DC Nissan dealership offers the following information to help you decide if the 2010 Nissan Altima is the car for you:

For the electronics lovers, the 2010 Nissan Altima offers an upgraded sound system and iPod interface, Bluetooth audio connectivity and even storage for digital music. The car's touch-screen navigation has been enhanced with a larger screen and now includes real-time satellite information. This car is considered one of the more high-tech models in the family-friendly, midsize sedan or coupe market of vehicles.

Families would be most comfortable in the 2010 Nissan Altima sedan, while individuals and couples who don't need to bring along a family all the time would probably be just as comfortable in the smaller coupe version.

You can choose between a four-cylinder engine and a V6. The V6 engine comes standard with sharp handling and sport-tuned suspension but some may feel those features are at the expense of a less comfortable ride than the four-cylinder.

The base model comes equipped with 16 inch steel wheels, keyless entry, tile and telescoping steering wheel, a trip computer and air conditioning. This base sedan (2.5) does not include a stereo, although the car is prewired with four speakers should you install one.

The 2.5 S trim model can be purchased in either the sedan or coupe version, and adds a six-speaker stereo, CD player, and auxiliary audio jack to the features offered on the base model. Add the Convenience Plus package for the sedan and you'll have a sunroof, dual-zone automatic climate control and a nine-speaker Bose stereo. Also included is a rearview camera, satellite radio, iPod interface and Bluetooth connectivity.

If the 2010 Nissan Altima interests you, head over to our Washington DC dealership and take one for a test drive!
