subject: Best Way To Learn Spanish [print this page]

I get asked a lot about which is the best way to learn Spanish so I recently did some research on the matter. I also included some old class style programs along with the very latest and advanced techniques and the results were interesting to say the very least.

Well it won't surprise you to find that classes and face to face lesson in any numbers larger than two don't really work on two levels. The first being cost effectiveness and the second moving at different paces and having the slowest member of the group holing you back

However when reviewing some twenty products to get down to a short list of 4 or 5 that became very interesting indeed and after my research you probably want to know which is the best Spanish learning program but unfortunately I am going to have to give you a politicians answer as it depends on the individual. Sure I have my favourite program but each individual is different. For example if you struggle with reading there are courses that have no reading at all and are strictly audio and to get a basic Spanish conversation going this is a very good program. On the other side for the more analytical of you there are courses with a heavy learning to written Spanish.

All in all I would say the courses that mix both contents seem to be the best and then you have the price issue in the mix and you really have to take all these factors into consideration to find the perfect program that suits you as an individual.
