The nuances of multilevel marketing compensation plans can easily be confusing to people who do not have experience with them. You have binary plans, direct/unilateral plans, hybrid plans and that is just the tip of the iceberg. While some concepts such as "Value Points" are relatively universal the specific name and how they translate into payments can vary from program to program. Compared to many MLM programs the Numis Network compensation plan does not have many levels. I have seen some plans with 10 or 15 or even more levels but the Numis plan has 5. While this makes it easier to maximize potential commissions by getting the highest "level" sooner I did notice that there is no "executive pool" compensation which I have found in several other MLM programs.

The usual quick start bonuses can also be found in the Numis Network compensation plan. These bonuses are typically triggered by a new recruit committing to a large enough order and designed to provide further incentive for people to recruit new members into their organization.

Of course the Numis Network compensation plan also includes a few other bonuses to encourage new members and to try and accelerate them into making the decision to become qualified trainers. This is basically par for the course with any MLM compensation plan though.

Making it to the top of the Numis Network compensation plan is not difficult if you know how to market well. With effective marketing techniques it is well within possibility to achieve financial success with any MLM product and that includes the Numis Network.
