All of these products were designed with the best R & D and took part in clinical research programs. Elur's products are designed with NutriBind Technology for greater absorbtion, distribution, and nutrient uptake in the body. The compensation plan is billed by the company as the industry's first "Linear" pay plan. The linear pay plan is actually a linear matrix that allows distributors to get volume bonuses from people who join the company after they do, but not necessarily in their down line. If this sounds a bit confusing I understand, I had to look at it for a few minutes to figure it out myself. If I sign up as rep # 5 I get volume bonuses on rep #6 through #10 in addition to anyone I personally sponsor into my down line, I also get volume bonuses on the down lines of rep #6 through #10.
