If you are going to give the products to your customers in the cashier, use both hands. Many large stores will hire some rude staff which cannot provide good service to the customers. As a result, these angry customers will look for small stores because they think that they can get better attention and care in the small stores. If you disappoint them again, they will surely not purchase from you anymore.

If you do not have a certain product in hand at the moment, you can ask whether your customers are willing to place an order and wait for the arrival of the product. You can try to see whether their houses are located near to your shop. If yes, you may deliver the products to them well directly.
