subject: How To Increase Your Metabolism To Burn Arm Fat Now, Not Later [print this page]

I am going to reveal how to incinerate your arm fat by taking your metabolism to the next level. Your metabolism is the amount of calories your body burns per unit of time. Increasing your metabolism, or the amount of calories you burn, will strip the arm fat right off your arms.

Also keep in mind that your metabolism is mostly under your control. Please do not buy into the outdated argument that you inherit and are stuck with a fast or slow metabolism. You see, nothing could be further from the truth!

Are you ready to take control of your metabolism? Here are 4 tips for taking your metabolism to new heights:

1. Exercise in the morning: If you exercise in the morning, your body will burn an extra amount of calories throughout the rest of the day, even while you sit at your desk. As an added bonus, the food you eat after your workout will most likely go to your active tissues instead of your arm fat tissues.

2. Keep your workouts short and to the point: Working out for hours on end is unnecessary, painful and counterproductive. All that's needed is a hard 45 minute workout (30 minutes if you go really hard). The resulting EPOC (exercise post oxygen consumption) will have you burning additional calories 36 hours after the workout, even while you sleep.

3. Drink small amounts of water in between meals: Your body becomes dehydrated in between meals because it uses stored water for digestion. You have to prevent this by drinking small amounts of water when you are NOT eating because dehydration slows your metabolism down.

4. Cut calories by very small amounts: Once your caloric intake is below 80% of your needs, your metabolism will come to a screeching halt. Your body will produce fat friendly enzymes and your thyroid will decrease its output.

Thus, dropping calories by leaps and bounds slows down arm-fat-burning. This is the main reason many women who are following 1000 calorie diets can no longer lose weight.

And remember that your metabolism is the gatekeeper of how many calories you burn every minute of every day. So make sure you do not sabotage your own arm fat success!
