So, if the problem is with the belt or the chain of your stationary bike then you will need to replace the flywheel cap, first of all. For this purpose you must first locate the screws around the flywheel cap. Next step is to remove the pedals and the crank. They usually have the bolts and nuts and the tool you can use for your convenience is the socket wrench. Now, remove the crank, pedals and the side covering.

Now, if the lubrication is the issue, use lubricant for lubrication.

Or if you need to tighten the belt here is the repairing procedure. First of all, what you require doing is setting the flywheel tension knob to the lowest degree. This way the tension will be released and things will become easier for you. Now, move on to the next phase of the adjustment of the belt of your stationary bike. Unhook the belt clasp which is there for the adjustment of the belt of the bike. Now, adjust the belt. After adjustment of the belt, re-hook the adjustment clump. Make sure that the tension in the belt is not more than required. If the tension in the belt is more than required unhook the clump and adjust to the required.
