First is the educational level, the Philippines has many universities that has much the same standard as to many western universities. Second is the language, many of the Filipinos are very good in oral and written English. Third is the work ethic, aside from the skills, Filipinos are hard workers. Fourth is the benefit over cost. Filipino VAs provides high quality output but at a less expensive rate for westerners, because the value of a Peso is much lower compared to a Dollar.
And with these reasons I had obtained, I could say that in the next five or eight years. Virtual office assistant in the Philippines would be much more in demand as long as the economies of those well developed countries are stable and many small businesses in that area are thriving. Unless there is a global recession then the life a Filipino VA could turn upside down. Filipino VAs should also maintain the quality of their work and keep updated to meet the ever changing international community needs. This also helps to protect the integrity of the entire Filipino VA community and maintain the current market share or to get even more portion of the market.
