Apple usually keeps the inner ingredients of iPhone hardware a secret from the public eye but this week T-Mobile Netherlands has inadvertently revealed the entire specification for the new iPhone model.

The product page for the iPhone 3G S which has since been pulled, confirmed rumours that the new iPhone would include a 600MHz processor and 256MB of RAM.

The processor speed and increased RAM bring the new iPhone in line with the Palm Pre when compared in specification value.
