1) MANI BANSAL : A dynamic and enthusiastic IITian who completed his B.Tech. in Mechanical Engg. from IIT ROORKEE in the Year 2009, gained a rank of 1428 in JEE-2005 mains exam and a rank of 469 in the Screening exam. A genius in Physics, an avid thinker and a great motivator, started ZION TUTORIALS, with the aim of finding a way to reach to the poor and needy students who cannot afford the high fees charged by institutes and hence are not able to compete with the students studying in good coaching institutes. He says, "Recording the lectures in DVD format gives us the ability to save on the fees of the lecturers and hence we are able to give these video lectures at a lower cost". So why did he opt out from his high paying job, he says, "As a student myself I have been through the same phase and have been to the coaching institutes, during that time I used to feel the real need of IITians and motivators who could guide us more appropriately and may be give us a glimpse into the life at IIT and the true picture of the advantages of getting into IIT. This along with my love for teaching and entrepreneurship prompted me to start ZION TUTORIALS. We at Zion Tutorials consider ourselves as great Guides and Motivators. Zion tutorials tries to cover each and every aspect of IIT-JEE training be it either Academic, psychological and motivational. We treat our students as Small Brothers and sisters and are available to them almost at all times".
2) ANUP GUPTA : An avid cricket follower and a dynamic personality, completed his Computer Science Engineering From NSIT dwarka, delhi. A great mathematician has an eye for teaching and helping the poor. He greatly believes in the idea of Education with Fun and in improving the the way we study and work. He says, "ZION TUTORIALS is not just another coaching institute for IIT-JEE preparation but it is an institute with difference, it is a place where students meet the real performers, role models and interact openly with us and get to know more about IIT along with studying about the same. For us, almost every classroom session is a motivation session, we show the students videos and pictures of IIT and more motivational videos. We tell them why to prepare for IIT, and what is the correct approach to studies. The teaching methodology is also very different, rather than just explaining the concepts, the students are made to think more and more, sometimes even puzzles are given to the students to improve their thinking capabilities."
