With this, life at home, work, or even school will be greatly improved.

The symptoms associated with anxiety attacks are varied but the most common include mood swings, chest tightness or pain, problems with digestion, irritation, fast heart rate, and much more. Once confirmed, you will be provided with several treatment options and your doctor will guide you to the one he/she feels will be best for you.

Obviously, anxiety disorders are quite serious. Because of this, studies have become more intense to determine the various triggers. While medical doctors and scientists agree on some findings, they all agree that more research is needed. For instance, some professionals believe that anxiety attacks are inherited while others do not. However, they all agree that an imbalance of the brains chemicals and post traumatic stress disorder are somehow involved.

One issue associated with anxiety attacks that everyone agrees on is that neurotransmitters in the brain responsible that send out signals have something to do with the disorder. These neurotransmitters contain certain chemicals and when they become imbalanced, the signals are interrupted, leading to the problem of an anxiety attack. Then for post traumatic stress disorder, new studies reveal that things leading to this such as divorce, death, or a loved one fighting in the war can trigger an attack.

If you have anxiety attacks, even if infrequently, you probably have symptoms of chest pain, headache, and even digestive problems. This disorder is very serious and some people have experienced anxiety attacks so horrific that they believe they are having a heart attack. In fact, this intensity has led some people to call 911 for an ambulance.

The key is to sit down with your doctor so the different treatments can be discussed. Soon, you will be on your way to a better life once you and your doctor stop anxiety attacks from occurring.
