If you are looking for a nice place to live there are many cities that you should look into. One place in particular is Park City, Utah.

Park City is located in the Wasatch and Summit counties in the state of Utah. It is a beautiful place surrounded by mountains and filled with historic charm. It is one of the two most common resort towns in Utah, the other one being Moab, which is located at the other end of the state.

The population of the City is right around 7,500 people. But, the area is rapidly growing because of the popularity of the city. Annually, there are more tourists who visit the area then live there.

One of the most amazing things about this place is the mountains. The mountains provide many different opportunities for both residents and tourists.

There are several world renowned ski resorts located within an hour or less of Park City. These include Deer Valley Resort, Park City Resort, and The Canyons among others located in Salt Lake City and other surrounding areas. These resorts offer great snow, long runs, and great scenery.

During the summer the mountains provide the perfect backdrop for many recreational activities. These include hiking, fishing, boating, ATVing, horseback riding, and many other activities.

During the warmer months many people like to ride the alpine slide. This is a slide that takes riders on a ride down the side of the mountain in a sled.

The sled is placed on a track that is built down the side of the mountain. Visitors can also ride down the mountain on a zip line, or a roller coaster, or just have a ride on the ski lift.

When the 2002 Winter Olympic Games were hosted by Salt Lake City, many of the events took place in Park City because of the world class snow and mountains. The City features the Utah Olympic Park and is known for the world's highest altitude ski jumps and fastest sliding track.

It is also the home of the United States Ski Team and the training center for members of the Australian Freestyle Ski Team.

Another draw to this beautiful place is the small town rustic charm. Historic downtown features lots of great little shops that highlight various artists, homemade candy and fudge, crafts, and delicious restaurants.

Additionally, the city is the main location of the United States' largest independent film festival, called the Sundance Film Festival. This film festival has gained popularity and many stars make appearances in the city.

Other draws to park city include the largest collection of factory outlet stores in northern Utah, access to several golf courses, and milder summer temperatures. With so many things to do and see, Park City is a great place to buy real estate or to vacation.
