Researching your niche marketing is the first step to determine if people will buy what you are selling. Next, you must decide if you will market your own product or use someone elses. Now where will you host the product or service? Do you have a website or a blog? Will you use free classified advertising sites? Once you have decided these things it's time to provide content.

They say content is king and for good reason. If you offer compelling content readers will come back for more. Once you build a reputation as the go to person in your niche, and then sell to your visitors over and over again.

Unless you have created your own one of a kind product, you will come across others selling the same or similar products. You have to offer that little something extra to get them to buy from you. Free offers, first time visitor specials, great customer support are all things that attract visitors.

Remember, visitors surfing the web are looking for information. This can be a problem that they are trying to solve, a product they want a good price on, or for those just surfing; they want compelling content that will keep them intrigued. Regardless of what you are marketing you have to offer content that creates a call to action.
