Any driver stopped for driving under the influence must take a BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration) Test. Any one with a BAC of 0.08% is considered intoxicated. This applies whether one is driving an automobile or a boat. If a driver refuses to take the test, when stopped, he or she is transported to a hospital where a blood test is taken to determine the amount of alcohol in the blood.
