subject: Why Everyone Wants Hp Computer Cases [print this page]

. So what makes their cases so popular? More popular, even, than their actual PCs? It seems odd, but if you add it all up, it makes sense...

HP Cases are tough and durable.

The HP case is very solidly built, somewhat like a tank. The construction of the cases is so solidly done that they last for many years. They are so strong that you could use it as a work table and it would serve you for years without cracking. But the point that is being made is that the cases provide solid, durable protection for your computer, that could withstand the stress of being used as a table or a chair.

HP Cases Look Neat

They really do. It's that minimalist design. They only use a few colors in their cases, usually black and gray, and it just has a really simple, neat look. Even the HP logo is nice and understated. Some manufacturers choose to include pictures and elaborate fonts in their logos, so the simplicity of the good old fashioned H and P is a nice change of pace from the "More is More" philosophy of many computer case makers.

The seal on the computer case is air tight.

Sooner or later, somebody will spill something on your computer. If you have a cheap case, if you bought some generic brand plastic shell to put over an otherwise excellent custom made computer, then you're probably going to be buying a new computer. If you use an HP case, then you're going to be buying a roll of paper towels to mop it up, and you're not going to worry about the insides. Have you ever tried to crack an HP case open? It's not easy. These things are so tight that you could probably safely use it as a coffee table with no problem (not that we'd ever recommend that, of course).

The HP cases are efficiently designed.

The style of the HP case is in the minimalist design. One of the common features of the cases of other manufacturers, is that their cases are not designed to make their storage simple, their designs are often overly stylish. Their designs are not simply done, they are often made with a number of features that protrude in many directions from the cases. By contrast, HP cases are designed with sleek simple designs that allow the cases to be slid under a desk with no problems. We would be able to buy computers with matching cases, if all computer manufacturers made their cases by the same design principles as HP.

Also, another important fact that should be mentioned...

HP is a huge company with a great marketing team. There you have it. Just as their designs are fluid and minimal, the advertising you see for HP is also understated and to the poing. You won't find yourself changing the channel to avoid seeing yet another HP commercial. HP products do the talking and the advertising is just enough to let people know that HP is out there. Because of agressive ad campaigns a few computer companies have gone out of business in the last decade. Just as they do with their case designs, HP markets their products in a smoothly efficient way.
