Foods that are high in protein and have a lot of complex carbohydrates are what your diet will consist of. So give this diet a shot, its not like you can lose anything from it. You will get the results you wanted in quite a short period of time. All you have to prevent yourself from doing is eating processed foods, junk foods and fast food and eat healthier foods like sweet potatoes, chicken, pasta, tuna, and lots of fruit, and lean red meats. Remember that when your weight is going up, unless you control it, it will rack on anywhere in your body. To control where this mass in your body goes, you have to start weight training.

The meal replacements you should use if you cannot, for any reason, consume six meals a day are protein shakes and meal replacements drinks. Peanut butter and ice creams can also be used to add some calories to your diet if needed. It will not be long before you're 10 pounds heavier with muscle. All you have to do is consume the six daily meals, and even substituting some with shakes or drinks, as mentioned above, as well as doing exercises for muscle building.
