Glean from the experience of your trainer who can give you helpful hints that can be found nowhere else. They have been there and done that.

All weightlifting routines incorporate resting. Muscles need to heal and grow which is what is happening every time you rest them. Giving no rest to your muscles from workouts can result in bad muscle injuries. Not the results you are really aiming for. Patience is important in being successful.

Discussion of actual exercise did not really happen as you probably noticed. Have a seasoned trainer help you devise a program for you. Take from we've said here that attitude is extremely important. Your diet, focus and technique are very important as well as the exercises themselves. The only benefit from these exercises comes if proper attitude and dedication are also present.
