What if you could change your energy in the finger snap? What if from anger or frustration you could switch to feeling peace and freedom?!

My clients often ask me how they can keep their energy high. They know the benefits of "being in the zone/or in the vortex" as ABRAHAM say. For instance, they know they will attract more of their ideal clients if they vibrate higher. They will also discard ideas of lack with more ease and focus on abundance, joy and enthusiasm if they use strategies to feel better.

First, I always respond to my clients: watch what you eat and how you nourish your body. Growth is holistic. It doesn't happen just in your business, or just on the personal level. Everything is involved, your body, mind and spirit. So, whether you want to double your income, or create passive income and freedom, you need to treat your body well first (in order to have long lasting effects). Then, we go into guidance and we find the most appropriate ways for them to raise the energy and to keep it up.

Here is a fun list to help you improve your mood, raise your "vibration", elevate your level or energy, so that you feel better and you can attract even more beautiful things and people in your life. There are way more options than just these, so test them! Choose which ones really work for you and add new ones.

1. A beautiful card with a nice message

2. Smell jasmine or any scent you really like in nature

3. Enjoying a root beer float

4. or a Chocolate shake (or your favorite flavor)

5. Falling in love

6. Hearing children laugh

7. Dancing with someone you really care about

8. Imagine your favorite musician perform live for YOU

9. Imagine your daughter/son/nephew/niece when they were very young and fun

10. Laughing so hard your face hurts

11. See your favorite team play

12. Looking at nature's beauty and rejoicing

13. Vacation with people you love

14. Singing out loud

15. Recalling the historical figure you most admire

16. Taking a bubble bath with candles and music

17. Drawing hearts on yourself with an eyeliner like in "What the #$*?! do we know?" movie

18. Playing some music you really enjoy AND dance in your living room

19. Taking time for yourself (=> Say "NO" to others)

20. Exercising more (if you are not already doing it much)

21. Going for a walk

22. Spending time with old friends

23. Drinking more water and eat more raw food (vegetable + fruit)

24. Taking a few deep breaths consciously

25. Calling a friend for a nice uplifting chat (no gossips, no judgments!)

26. Watching a comedy and laugh, laugh, laugh

27. Connecting with your inner child (not the one from your childhood, the playful YOU) and ask her/him what she/he wants to do for fun and DO it!

28. Watching a breath-taking scenery

29. Playing with a pet like you were 8 years old

30. A hot shower with a fragrant herbal shampoo

31. Swinging on a swing and looking at the clouds

32. Knowing that somebody misses you and remembering a good memory with them

33. Sharing a giant banana split with friends

34. Giggling like a child

35. Expressing your joy

36. Facing the ocean and taking the energy in

37. Getting a hug from someone you care about deeply

38. Watching the sun rise

39. Looking into their eyes and knowing they Love you

40. Running through sprinklers

41. Laughing for absolutely no reason at all and passing this laughter to others around you

42. Having someone tell you that you're beautiful

43. Laughing at an inside joke with people you love

44. Accidentally overhearing someone say something nice about you

45. Waking up and realizing you still have a few hours left to sleep

46. A kiss from someone important for you

47. Making new friends

48. Stretching during your day (especially at work!)

49. Knowing you've done the right thing, no matter what other people think

50. Having someone play with your hair

51. Watching the expression on someone's face as they see the Grand Canyon (or something impressive like this!) for the first time

52. Hot chocolate on vanilla puffs (profiteroles)

53. Road trips with friends

54. Lying in bed listening to the rain outside

55. Making eye contact with a cute stranger

56. Holding hands with someone you care about

57. A big fire cracking in your fireplace

58. Watching the expression on someone's face as they open a much desired present from you

59. Laughing at yourself

60. Getting out of bed every morning and being grateful for another beautiful day

61. Finding a 20 dollar bill in your pants

62. Celebrating life and remembering the things you are grateful for

63. Receiving compliments deep in your heart.
