subject: List Of Top 10 Karaoke Songs Of All Time [print this page]

You might think that you are ready to hit the karaoke bar and sing but you may need to practice some more on your karaoke at home. You do not want to embarrass yourself when you can not hit that high note when you try to sing the song by Whitney Houston called "I Will Always Love You" and you can not pull it off. Another one being "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen, so what you need to do is practice and not just the ones that you prefer but try some different ones so that you will be able to get the right ones for your voice.

Sometimes it is a good idea to get songs which are favorites of the girls and then there are others which the guys prefer so you need a good mix of songs to suit everyones' tastes. We will start with the girl songs and suggest some which you might want to pick for them. How about "I'm Just A Girl' by No Doubt/Gwen Stefano or "She Works Hard For The Money" by Donna Summer, then another one is "Like A Virgin" by Madonna, "Feel Like A Woman" by Shania Twain, "Venus by Bananarama, "These Boots Were Made For Walkin" by Nancy Sinatra, "Sweet Dreams" by Eurythmics and the list could go on and on but that gives you some idea of the favorites ones that the ladies might like to sing.

If you have your own database you could add some more songs via MP3 tracks and there are a number of websites and publications which have done the work to help you out with this project. One would be the Rolling Stone and they suggest "Since U Been Gone" by Kelly Clarkson, "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey, "Livin' On A Prayer" by Bon Jovi, "Like A Virgin" by Madonna and "Sweet Child O' Mine" by Guns and Roses. EZtracks a song resource for karaoke says that the most popular downloads to date are "Beat It" by Michael Jackson, "Dancing Queen" by Abba, "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor, "My Heart Will Go On" by Celine Dion, "Addicted" by Enrique Iglesias, "Thriller" by Michael Jackson, "Barbie Girl" by Aqua and "Angel" by Rayvon, Shaggy.

Many other places offer so many good karaoke CDs which are the top selling. Sound Choice Star Series suggest a karaoke CD for Kid Rock plus a Cd which specializes in journey tracks.

They also have AC/DC, Dr. Hook and Steve Miller but if any of these do not suit you then there is the Hard Rock Hits Volume 4 and that features the rock from the 90s. A karaoke CD by Backstage Karaoke and they feature more up-to-date artists called "todays classic rock" to name a few Joe Cocker, Hootie and the Blowfish, Boyz II Men, The Eagles, Pearl Jam, U2 and The Knack.
