subject: How To Survive The Pain Of A Cheating Wife [print this page]

There is no denying that the pain of a cheating wife has been known to drive some men over the edge. It takes a strong man to admit that he is hurting after his wife has cheated. Unfortunately, many men hurt only on the inside and never seek the help they need to overcome the emotional pain that a cheating wife delivers.

The average man doesn't want to sit around campfires talking about his feelings. You aren't interested in showing any signs of perceived weakness whether it's sports, injuries, or emotional pain. But that doesn't mean you wouldn't benefit from following a few helpful tips designed to get your life back on track and moving in the right direction - whatever that direction may be.

So, how can you do this? Here's how:

Finding Something to Beat it up on

One thing that almost every man in this situation does is beat up on himself. That leaves you feeling the pain all over again and rarely does anything productive. Your wife cheated. It is not your fault that she cheated. She's a grown woman who made a bad decision.

Does that make her evil? Of course it doesn't. Does that mean that you didn't contribute at all to her cheating? Nope - not a chance.

These thoughts will make you feel mentally exhausted and will also make you non productive as well. You need to get out of this and view the situation in a perspective that will help you clear out the air that is suffocating you. Let the air clear out and will make you see that you are not to be blamed completely or nobody is to be blame for this.

Need something to really beat up on and work out those frustrations? Get to the gym and take it all out on the closest available punching bag instead.

Make her Come Back Home

This by far is the best for most men in your situation. You can probably sit around and think of 100 or more reasons you shouldn't want to get your wife back but the truth of the matter is that you wouldn't be in this much pain if you didn't want to win her back.

Make her come back and faithful, this time. This is the only relief that your bleeding heart needs, and fast.
