It has not made many changes externally but internally its renewed with faster parts than the previous version. Theres another great advantage for the ones using laptops as daily routine basis on the road the battery backup of 3 hours and 29 minutes which is hard to find.

The Inspiron 1564 has three basic cover designs made up of three different colors: Obsidian Black, Promise Pink, and Ice Blue. The Inspiron 1564 is lighter in comparison to Acer Aspire but is not meant for extensive travel.

The screen is 15.6 inches wide and allows you to work with multiple window programs simultaneously. The keyboard is built on the same design principles as past Inspirons, which is why the 1564s typing experiences are so endearing. This time around, it adds an adjacent numeric keypad. It has 3 USB Ports and a 320 GB hard drive good enough to store huge amounts of data.

It provides the best speed and 3D capabilities. Its more powerful than Core i3 processors.
