That's right, when it comes to the job interview, you need to ask any questions that you have to make sure that you really want to work for the person interviewing you.

Most people think that when the interviewer asks if they have questions, they mean specifically about the interview or the job position. As such, most people say 'no', thinking that they fully understand the job that they are getting. There are some questions that you need to ask to make sure that you really want the job that you're interviewing for, though. Here are some things that you'll want to know before you take the job:

Do some research and find out what the company is looking for with an ideal employee. Find out the hours you will be expected to work and find out about bonuses, raises and vacation. Find out the best way to get ahead and what you can do to exceed standards and how you can improve your stature. Be aggressive.

Ask what the other employees are like. If the boss truly values their employees, they will be able to tell you details about them. However, if they don't pay attention or care, you will likely get more general and vague answers. Does the person sound excited about their team or do they sound apathetic? Figure out how they solve problems. When you ask this question, you'll get a glimpse of the management style of the person interviewing you. Figure out if you'll be working for someone who takes charge or someone who depends on their employees to fix things on their own.

All of these things are important to ask when you're in a job interview. You should pay attention to the answers and the attitude of the interviewer to see how they feel about the overall company from their perspective. This can give you great insight about whether this is the right job for you or not.
