Self-educated people become less dependent on others, and they are independent enough not only in self-education, but also in everyday life and daily decisions of various nature. The aspects and principles of self-education involve the opportunity of defining the skills, which should be improved, as well as gradual and methodical improvement of these skills. Considering the perspectives of career growth, these skills will involve:

2.Time management and planning

3.Communication

4.Specific knowledge, associated with any particular career

5.Mailing and correspondence, as well as paper works and circulation of documents

6.Ability of systematizing, analyzing, and studying whales of working information

In fact, all the spheres of any career may be studied independently; however, some require studying in group for better effectiveness. Nevertheless, it should be stated that the actual importance of self-education for career growth is explained by the necessity of improving the abilities, associated with quicker and more effective performance of the tasks.

Planning of Self-Education

First, any person should define the key requirements and skills for the career growth. Thus, while one needs to improve his or her communication style, the other should better change the activity sphere. Then, a person needs to define the key steps of improving any skill, and set up the goals of the education process, as any person may pursue his or her own aim: considering the example of correspondence, one may need to improve handwriting, while the other will need to study all the forms and types of correspondence.
