The website is laid out well, helpful, and geared toward those who want a good do-it-yourself website. I liked the fact that the site offered me discounts, such as free shipping, on the first page. As soon as I entered my vehicle information, and a zip code, the prices were populated. The local store information was at top of the site, the whole time I was shopping, which was convenient.
The Online Store
The amount of information provided on the Autozone site, is extensive. One can become a registered member for how to projects and additional information on fixing whatever the problem may be. I went through a few steps, which asked for my vehicle information, and then was able to see the trailer wires I needed. I was able to ship them to my home, or the store with ease. I surfed around and priced some additional parts, so we could work on the Durango, prior to an upcoming move. It was nice to have the vehicle information automatically saved, so that all of the parts were already exactly what I needed.
Local Information
Finding a local store, was easier on the site, then it was in the phone book. As soon as I put in my zip code, the closest store was chosen. I am new in town, so it was nice to have a phone number and address available. The Autozone store online, also let me print a list to take to my local store. This allowed me to save time in the store, which is always great with a bunch of kids running around.
Gift Cards
I loved the site so much, I thought I would purchase some of the men in my family gift cards. Most of these guys shop at an Autozone anyway, but it was nice to introduce them to the Internet version. They liked the ease of it, and they were perfect gifts for those men, who have everything.
The Autozone store online is a good place to shop, for those who don't know a lot about cars. Most of my ability to fix my car comes from the do-it-yourself stores and sites I find online, and the Autozone store is one of my favorite sites.
