This traditionally designed Smartphone has a sophisticated edge; the Nokia C5 has been focused on the professional community with its messaging and e-mail compatibilities and navigation features. The stainless steel design delivers a quality feel of reliability and sturdiness; it has a colourful 2.2inch display which re-creates millions of colours with precision and flair. Nokia have equipped the C5 with speedy web connections, social networking features and a nice Ovi bundle to help you on your way!

Nokia have given there 2.2inch display QVGA resolution and it renders up to 16.7million colours and the S60 3rd edition interface looks vibrant and responsive. Physically the C5 has similarities to the 6700 Classic with its stunning stainless steal chassis and same size display. This Symbian based Smartphone has the potential to bring back that vintage mobile look, its visually appealing and a pleasure to use.

The C5 is well connected with its Bluetooth technology, USB connection for PC synchronization and 3G network connectivity, the high speed web connections work favourably with the in-built web browser, the general browsing experience is quick and pleasurable with the only problem being the size of the screen as simple text can be a little hard to read with it being so small. All of your social network activity can be performed via the C5, whether your profile updating or catching up with the latest tweets or status updates the C5 enables full management.

E-mail services provided from Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo! Mail and Nokias very own Ovi Mail can all be managed; up to 10 accounts can be handled altogether and your favourite IM providers including GoogleTalk and WindowsLive Messenger can be used from the phones too. The handy Ovi package supplied by Nokias software team includes access to there Ovi Music Store for the latest downloadable tunes, the Ovi Store for additional apps, games, themes and wallpapers, Ovi Maps for route planning and general navigation which works well in collaboration with the built-in aGPS, they have also included there Ovi Contacts feature which allows you stay in the know when it comes to your friends doings and happenings.

The Nokia C5 houses quite an impressive digital camera with a 3.2 mega pixel lens; it comes complete with a LED flash and auto focus. It does a fine job of capturing those special moments in both photo and video mode, anything you might want to share can be instantly uploaded to your social networks and also YouTube, an Ovi Share feature is also in place so you can share your content with other Ovi users. A secondary camera has been tactically situated on the face of the C5; with it you can take advantage of video calling friends providing they have video call capabilities themselves. Nokia have pleased business users more so with the QuickOffice feature they have pre-loaded into the software; it is a fully functional document viewer allowing you to view and edit Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel files.

Nokia have taken a more vintage, professional approach with the C5, with a document viewer, navigation features and full e-mail integration there chosen clientele, mainly the business community will be fully satisfied. The phones social network links and overall messaging features will make it more appealing to the rest of us but, primarily this phone will suite the business users out there.
