subject: Higher Education Is Key To A Great Future! [print this page]

Higher education is the key to opening up more opportunities and more earning power in your life. The main thing holding many people back from pursuing their goals of returning to school and getting a degree is the high cost of higher education. Let's face it, the reason you want to go back to school (or one of the reasons) is to earn more money, right? It's a Catch-22, but don't worry -- there are many sources of government monies available for college. If you really have the desire to go, you can find the money.

With the Obama administration, it's incredibly easy for single mothers to go back to college for a degree. He wants to get all the single mothers in America a college degree to help them out with daily living. He is doing this through Obama's Scholarships for Single Mothers. He has also increased the Pell Grant to make sure that all students can get more money for college.

There are many scholarships specifically designated for single mothers wishing to go back to college, and are simply needing financial aid to do so. They will almost every time give you the scholarship, because there aren't many of you and you are different from the teens who do not take their education seriously, which is why the government will pay for you to go to college. They're very easy to get. All you have to do is simply contact the person over the scholarship, fill out the application, send it in, and you're done! You're officially registered for the scholarship! Then, you will be contacted by an agent, most likely, from the government about your application.

The US would like all women to get an education and is slowly increasing funding for the Pell Grant and while this is happening, there are many non profit companies issuing scholarships as well. There are also many different types of scholarships that can help you get your education paid for.

All scholarship programs, both governmental and non profit, can be found with a quick web search -- look for "money for college" or "financial aid for going back to school." Once you find them, simply make sure that you fit into the guidelines and then apply for as many as you can. You'll be on your way to that college degree in no time at all!
