Here she was appointed by Arthur Andersen for ExxonMobil as the head of their Human Resources and Training unit. By 2000, successfully completing her responsibility she gave her resignation to ExxonMobil with the ambition to start VLA and took the Nigerian business to 21st century. While running VLA successfully as a Managing Director she added another milestone to her career by successfully commissioning of the Protea Hotel in Oakwood Park in the year 2004.
