As a remedy for stomach bloating tummy and abdomen exercises have been suggested by many. But the truth is that, reason for the bloating of your stomach lies within your body. Hence, stomach bloating should be cured from within. A bloating stomach is not only a matter of discomfort to the individual but is also a social embarrassment. Who would want to walk around with a bloating stomach? Unhealthy colon, parasitic invasion of your digestive system, intestinal gases, fatty foods, flatulent foods- any of these factors can be contributing towards the bloating of your stomach.

Eat fibre daily while ensuring you keep a balance between eating enough fibre to avoid constipation as well as reduce your bloating. Try eating rye or spelt bread rather than white bread and avoid gas producing foods such as beans or even the canned variety.

There also are a number of possible minor complications that you can experience after heart surgery, including: nausea, vomiting, minor infections, slight bleeding, scar formation, allergic skin reactions, numbness... and a bloated stomach. Bloated stomach problems could be caused by fluid build-up, excessive gas, constipation, or other conditions.

Eating foods which produce gas. Solution: Switch things in and out of your diet one at a time to determine what foods are the cause of the problem. Common culprits include brassica vegetables such as broccoli and legumes such as kidney beans, but many people suffer from mild intolerances of a variety of foods. Especially troublesome for lots of people are lactose, found in dairy foods, and gluten, a component of wheat. Luckily, there are more and more lactose- and gluten-free products arriving on shelves daily as producers rush to fulfill the needs and demands of aware consumers.

Stress can play a part in stomach bloating. When we are under severe stress the brain releases hormones that put an enormous burden on our digestive systems. But different people may react in completely different ways and while some may be unable to eat a single morsel, others won't be able to stop themselves raiding the fridge and gorging on comfort foods. It's no wonder that stress has been implicated in digestive disorders including cramps, diarrhea, heartburn and bloating.

Everybody is different and their digestive system will react in a different way to the above foods. To really solve the problem, you would have to stay off some of the above foods for a time and experiment.A person with a healthy digestive system will experience far less bloating, even with foods that commonly cause bloating. Eaten raw, these foods cause more bloating than when they are cooked.

Eating too frequently or too leaving too long between meals/snacks. Solution: For optimum metabolism and energy levels, you should feed your body healthy fuel (read: wholesome, whole and natural foods) every three to four hours. Think of it as maintaining your energy levels on an even keel; eat too often or too much and you get lethargic as your digestive system attempts to process all the excess (sometimes resulting in stomach pain and bloating); eat infrequently and not only will your blood sugar and energy level plummet but your digestive system will want to work on something and begin rumbling.
