If you look a little deeper you will come to the realization that Joel Sauceda cannot be alone and indeed he is not. In fact he is backed by a team of designers, marketers and assistants that work together for the success of everyone on the team. He has enhanced his personal characteristics and used them as an inspirational leader. Leadership in my opinion is definitely his strongest quality. The final consideration for those looking at Joel Sauceda is whether he produces the goods he promises. The answer is both yes and no. Yes because he has. The only reason I say no is because he is such a progressive thinker that he has always got more in the pipeline still to materialize.
