Or there is a a person who was thin and had no problem controlling body fat and then there was a traumatic physical event such as an accident, surgery, exposure to radiation, etc. Then after that the body was never the same. Or there is the person that was always "the round one" or always the "heavy one." Each of these help discern the category you are in.
