subject: Take Action In Your Wealth Strategy [print this page]

What will you do today that will have a positive impact on your wealth strategy?

Many people think of a wealth strategy as a project that you tackle once, you dedicate a period of focused time on it, and then you are done.

This is not the case! At least not with the most successful wealth strategies. A wealth strategy is a way of life. The actions you take to create, build and enjoy your wealth must become part of your day-to-day routine.

A wealth strategy isn't a big "to-do" hanging over your head. Instead, it is something you integrate into your every day life over time.

For example, on a daily basis I review all cash receipts in my businesses and investments. This is something that is just part of my normal daily routine that allows me to adjust my wealth strategy on a daily basis if I don't like the trends I'm seeing.

It is a task that takes me less than 1 minute every day. How does it take so little time? I use leverage. I leverage my time by having someone else compile the information and provide it to me in an easy to review format.

Every morning. 1 minute. Significant impact on the success of my wealth strategy.

Or on a weekly basis, I meet with certain business partners to discuss a particular business investment. We've identified reports that we want to review during our weekly meetings. These reports are powerful tools that enable us to make informed decisions and timely adjustments.

This takes 1 hour every week. My partners are responsible for having the reports ready - and they leverage their resources by having someone else compile the reports for their review prior to providing them to all the partners.

These are just a few examples of the types of actions you can take to positively impact your wealth strategy. These actions help me stay informed so I can continue to successfully build permanent wealth. Yet, they are just part of my normal routine.

Get Started and Take Action

Getting started is usually the hardest part.

As many of you know, I am regularly asked to speak at seminars. The people I'm presenting to are people who have chosen to be there and have often paid hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars to be there.

Yet, the statistics are shocking about who actually takes action and does something to change their financial position.

Less than 5% of people who attend educational seminars actually take action.

It's not just seminar related, less than 8% of those who set new year resolutions actually achieve them.

Will you fall into the minority that takes action now or will you fall into the majority and put it on the back burner?

So, what will you do today that will have a positive impact on your wealth strategy? Keep a list over the next week of the actions you take that will have a positive impact your wealth strategy. It WILL make a difference.
