A lack of credentials can mislead the aptitude. Its very common to find college grads engaging in the idea that it's best to fake it till you make it and they indulge in a disposition that's in accordance to it, or mirroring, those people who have a winning manners, those who have actually achieved what they hope or have the potential to do.
