subject: Modern Slimming Pills Work [print this page] Dieters should try slimming pills as modern supplements have been proven to work.
The Daily Mail stated that clinical trials have been undertaken and the results have shown that diet supplements, such as t5 slimming pills, really can help people lose weight and improve their body image.
Natural ingredients which are found in slimming products have been found to suppress appetite by slowing the speed at which the stomach deposits food after a meal, while at the same time stimulating the body's metabolism.
Daily Mail journalist Alice Hart-Davies wrote in the newspaper's Femail supplement that she was intrigued to try slimming supplements after investigating the scientific evidence of their positive effects.
She wrote: "That evidence provokes plenty of people to try them, me included - in the interests of research, and also because I'd love to shift half a stone if there were an easy way of doing it."
The Daily Mail reported that Hollywood megastars such as Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears have successfully used slimming pills to help them lose weight and slim down.
Ian Marber, from The Food Doctor nutritional consultancy, told the newspaper that dieters need to combine t5 fat burners with a healthy diet and exercise regime in order to experience the full benefits.
He said: "Any diet pill can be a useful tool if you know what you're doing, but if you don't, re-educate yourself and learn to eat properly, so that taking that pill becomes just part of another diet."
Dr Justine Setchell, a GP at the Westover clinic in London, told the Mail that it was important that overweight people addressed their issues with food before they started a course of slimming supplements.
"There is no magic bullet for weight loss. To lose weight, the basic adage is eat less, move more. If you don't address the psychology of why you eat what you eat, you will never lose weight," she said.
Ms Hart-Davies confessed that she is more likely to use slimming pills after listening to the medical advice given to her by the diet experts.
She wrote: "And besides, now I know they're proven to work, might they just be that bit more effective than when I thought they were nothing special?"
A recent survey by Slimming World and YouGov revealed that males were just as obsessed with their weight as women as more than two thirds of men were found to be unhappy with their size.
