subject: Have It All On Your Australian Vacation [print this page]

Located in the tropical rainforest scenery of the Tropical North Queensland there is a city that can supply you with just as much as any modern city has to offer you and is convenient to all the natural grandeur of the Tropical North. The city I am, referring to is Cairns and it is conceivably the correspondent to the capital of the Tropical North Queensland region.

Cairns has its very own airport that is open to domestic, in addition to international flights, which permits you effortless arrival at your destination from anywhere else on the continent or on the globe. And regardless of whether you prefer to arrive at this citys beautiful airport or hire a car and drive from Brisbane you are going to be impressed at the tropical wonderland that waits for you.

Much of Australia is uninhabited and that means there is a lot of space to delight in. As opposed to other tourist areas, where it can feel like everyone is packed into a tight space, you will enjoy the peace and tranquility of feeling like youre on a tropical island, where there is no one else besides you, and the ones that you have traveled there with (well at least some of the time). You will be swept up in the serenity and the attractiveness of the region that you could possible forget that youre not the only individual on the earth.

And in the center of all the desolation is a gorgeous city called Cairns that offers fine dining, world class entertainment and all kinds of shopping experiences for you to enjoy. There are quite a few beautiful places to stay in Cairns with varied accommodations that can meet just about all needs, desires and budgets. Cairns is also home to the Esplanade Lagoon which is an exquisite place to devote an afternoon. The Esplanade Lagoon features a public beach, pool, volleyball, Skate and Bike Park and various exercise and picnic areas as well. Its a wonderful place to go for a few hours or spend the whole day and enjoy some time with the family or a special someone.

Make certain, if you opt to stay in Cairns, that you get the chance to visit and climb the Walshs Pyramid and also take in some of the blue and red arrow walks of the rainforest. A thrilling adventure for all you will find that visiting the Tropical North Queensland, while staying in Cairns, affords you quite a few unique chances to experience not only the natural wonders of this region but the man made wonders as well.
