Energy is amongst the things food obviously gives the body. Why not view food in general as an energy source? Overeating, on the other hand, will possibly decrease a person's overall energy. But relieving the appetite, without continuing, can possibly help keep a person's energy levels high, or fair. Another consideration is that if a person eats this way primarily throughout his or her life, the actual food itself that's used for this purpose is not of much importance. In other words, the person's body may better handle hamburgers that are used for this purpose than if they weren't for this purpose, because obviously the person is not stuffing himself or herself. This is perhaps especially the case if the person is fairly active, as well. Doesn't necessarily have to be something strenuous, but at least something which would burn calories and increase the heart rate, which happens during exercise, would really likely help the person's body properly handle foods eaten on a regular basis that mostly seem unhealthy. Therefore, hamburgers on a more regular basis, for instance, might not be such a bad idea after all so long as it's alongside certain other things that would be done regularly.
