Now, lets consider some of the electronic items that would certainly be wonderful gifts. A laptop computer will allow a graduate the freedom that they need when traveling from interview to interview as well as quite possibly allow them to hit the ground running in applying for those traveling position jobs. For this type of position, most companies will have a company laptop but, how impressed will the company be when the graduate proposes that they will use their own.
A digital camera would be an excellent gift and therefore, the graduate would be able to begin documenting their lives with photos.
A PDA will certainly assist in keeping the graduate organized. There are quite a number of functions on these that will aid the graduate along the way. Quick access to information such as phone numbers and address will be of great help.
Of course, and iPod is always on most folks wish list and would allow the graduate to be able to listen to music.
Furniture such as a computer desk or a hope chest may be in order. Especially if the graduate previously has a computer and needs a place to work from. The hope chest would offer the graduate a place to store all their mementos.
