If movie theaters are too big for your meeting, you might want to try schools who allow the use of their auditoriums. However, if you are going to use a schools auditorium as your DC meeting space, you have to make sure that you hold it during weekends only; otherwise, you might not be able to concentrate fully on the agenda of your meeting.
There are also some companies that offer DC meeting space which you can rent on a per-hour basis. These spaces can usually accommodate as little as four persons to as much as 50 persons. There are some that even offer the use of a projector, a white screen, and notepads for your guests.
If you are on the lookout for the latter type of DC meeting space, you can easily find a number of them online. Most of these companies also offer serviced offices, shared workstations and virtual offices.
