Day 17 of the 39 Day Challenge. Getting What You Need.
Whenever I go to events or seminars, I always get something that I never thought I'd get. Something I had no idea was even a possibility to receive. And I know it.
It didn't start out that way though. I thought I knew what I was supposed to learn or receive from the conference. I thought I was going there for a specific reason. Maybe it was the purpose of the event, or maybe something from the speakers.
However, it always ended up being something completely unrelated. Meeting someone I'd never met before. Getting a concept or lesson totally off the wall. Or something even more wacky or bizzare.
The point is that you need to get out there and participate. Robert Kiyosaki said to me once that the only failure, is the failure to participate.
