Therefore, no exercises are there to make the breasts larger. Yet, the breasts are also supported by the pectoral muscles, strengthening and toning the pectoral muscles will give the breasts greater support. Doing the following simple exercises will enhance the look of your breast.
Butterfly Press
Butterfly Press uses two weights ranging from three to five pounds each, with one weight held in each hand. Sit at the edge of a chair, keeping your back straight. Begin with your hands held straight down at your sides and your arms straight. Raise your arms from the sides until your hands are at shoulder level. Hold this position for four seconds, and then slowly move your arms back down to their starting position. Just like other exercises. It is very essential to maintain proper technique than doing additional repetitions, so start with two sets of five repetitions.
Wall Push-Ups
Stand approximately two feet away from a wall, facing it. Then place your hands against the wall at chest level and then slowly lean into the wall, using the arm and chest muscles to control the movement. Simply touch your nose against the wall, and then slowly move back to the starting position. Do 15 of these each day.
Pectoral Press
Just like the butterfly press, pectoral press requires the same small weights. Here, lay on your back and stretch your arms out to the side, keeping them straight. Then gradually raise your arms up until your hands (with the weights) meet above you. Make sure that your arms are kept straight in the process. Hold this position for one second, and then slowly lower your arms to the starting position. Three sets of ten repetitions every day will make you perfect
Push-Ups
Push-up focuses on the pectoral muscles. Lie down face-first on the floor and slowly rise up but keeping your hands and forearms on the floor. Hold this position for 30 seconds and then slowly lower yourself back down. Do five of these per day.
