If a movie, at least in it's song lyrics are close to realism of life and society, it will touch millions of hearts and people might change their life for better. But, if movies continues to export media that is not close the life and issues of people and it only takes to something meaning less joy ride and imagery, it bound to be a waste for mankind.
There is huge segment of people, who would be delighted to watch meaningful realism in movies rather than sequence of discrete double meaning dialogues or scripts etc.
For any moment in a movie to be a form of realism : the particularization of time, place and meaning must be positive for the overall society. To develop a sequence of frames in such way that it reflects naturalism and life like conditions of our era that it give positive impact on the society as a whole is must and will be the most welcomed aspect. So, Lets watch movies and TV serials with realism and meaning rather than expect much realism from movie makers.
