to day I am going to talking about my fear
I had one fear twenty years ago,I was running for three years and I got cough one day end my fear ends,my agony ends it was the last day.
back in 1990,when property market fall,bank base rate of interest was 23% I was stuck with three property, I had 30%of my money in each property and 70%bank loan,market drops to 40% lower then the market value basic if I sold all three property I still had to pay back to bank which I did not have, I had no choice but to walk away from this,I rented private home,and return all three properties keys to bank sealed in envelop with letter without my forwarding address, I know they will loose money,catch me if you can,I thought they want look for me,as I had lost every thing,every one was looser I was not the only one.
My fear of getting cough gave me hard time for three years,one day I got visitor from bank, then summons from court,when they screen me that I have nothing for them they drop the idea for bankruptcy, i guest this was a wise decision to avoid further legal cost and further loses for them.
All I had to declare and submit that I have nothing, no assets,no income,three children,responsibility, rental home,second hand car,non designer underwear, unpaid bills, and halal chicken,and pasta,this was good enough for them since then I did not see them,since then sun is shining,colours of happiness life was king-size,
why did I run from my fear?, why did I not declare on the day I return the key? why?because I did not had internet,I did not had article directory, I did hot had guidance.
if you have a fear of your guilt then disclose it to some one around you if you have fear of your crime then you should disclose it too , live your life fear free.
