2 Tips Lose Weight Fast When Nothing Seems To Be Working!

The best thing to do to get successful results is to eat slightly less than your total calorie maintenance level (I recommend reducing no more than 200-300 calories), eat more often throughout the day, and eat in a way to increase your bodies fat burning hormones (such as alternating calorie patterns and eating foods high in antioxidants).
2.) The next thing to do is to switch around your exercise routines consistently. Instead of exercising the same way all the time, change it up a little. For example, instead of walking on the treadmill for 45 minutes, switch it up and do H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) on the treadmill. To do this, simply adjust the speed to 3.0 and the incline to 8 degrees for 2 minutes, and then increase the speed to 3.2 and the incline to 12 degrees for 1 minute, and repeat!
